Responsible for working with local officials, developers and economic development offices to provide clients with the best overview and analysis of their projects, currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of Industrial/Office properties the Memphis and Mid-South Region. Since 1995 Mr. Martin has been responsible for the sale, leasing, and/or disposition of over 20,000,000 square feet of industrial and office facilities in the Mid South area.
