Scope of Service Experience

Full corporate real estate services including office, investment properties, and industrial. Responsible for working with local officials, developers and economic development offices to provide clients with the best overview and analysis of their projects, currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of Industrial/Office properties the Memphis and Mid-South Region. Since 1995 Mr. Martin has been responsible for the sale, leasing, and/or disposition of over 20,000,000 square feet of industrial and office facilities in the Mid South area.

Examples of transactions are Opus South (lessor) – leasing of 258,000 SF of Office/Showroom Warehouse to Block Drug Company; represents Kaufman Realty Group in the marketing and leasing of White Station Tower, a 300,000 SF full service office building in East Memphis; Investment Sale of Coca-Cola Enterprises Regional Vending Warehouse; also represented Coca-Cola Enterprises in site selection and negotiated their 25,000 SF regional office; build to suit of a 75,000 SF office headquarters location for Orgill Brothers; Prime Media – Investment Sale of a 15,000 SF office facility. Since 2000 other major clients represented in office or industrial leasing or sales include Ernst and Young, Tire Distribution Inc., The Associates, Dunn and Bradstreet, PlasPro, Inc., Coca-Cola Enterprises, University of Memphis and BP Amoco.
